Sweep the Creek and Save the Earth!

Keep it clean and green! If it’s cleaner it’s better! No littering in the creek! From the end of April to the end of May, messages from ESS elementary students speak to Sligo park-goers from the 9 kiosks along the creek. Inspired by their art teacher, Will Thomas, students created posters to remind people that the simple act of littering has bad consequences for Sligo plants, animals and the people who live along the creek.
